That looks like terrorist siyum mesfin or abay tsehaye, because they were both bold heads, or debreporno z idiot because of his wide eyes. U use 2 put 2gether human skulls as a hoppy back in z days.

tarik, definitely this head is not siyum mesfin's or abay tsehaye's head. Both siyum mesfin and abay tsehaye were captured and killed with heir heads intact!!
Most probably General Tsadkan Gebre Tensay's head!!
