"Biden invites African leaders except Abiy Ahmed to White House" (which means, all other leaders of the African continet were invited, which makes it 53 of them were invited from the 54 total).

In the same post you Domas also talk about 40 World leaders (from the total of 206, the number of soverign nations in the world), which is less than the number of African leaders that were invited by your own account).
