Political parties to get air time from 22 TV Channels and 25 Radio Stations for the upcoming election

Public TV/Radio stations must allocate air time fairly and serve all political parties without asking for payment. But I don't know how many of the parties can afford to buy air time from private TV/Radio channels. I can't imagine private channels offering free service for political parties. Many private channels will even refuse to run any ad for political parties unless they are forced by law.
