Here are the two fundamental differences between Islam and Christianity.
This is the reason the Habeshas and other Christians had centuries old conflicts and wars with Arab Muslims.

First of all, I don’t know what you mean by saying Habeshas and other Christians. Are you trying to imply all Habeshas as Christians and they are against Islam?

To the best of my understanding, Habesh or Ard al Habesh is the land that was referred to south of Egypt by the Arab world, and the inhabitants of that land regardless of their linguistic, religious and ethnic makeup, are known as Habush or Habshiyeen.

And half of these inhabitants of the living population in today’s Ard al Habash namely Ethiopia and Eritrea, are Moslems.

Amhara and Tigre Christian sects might be hostile towards the Arab and Islamic world, but not the entire Habeshas for the reason I mentioned. This needs to be corrected.

Now, this ferenji is discussing that western is secular whereas the Arab world are mixing up religion with state politics and that’s where all the problem starts, he asserts.

The ferenji might be right to some extent but, Habesha’s case is quite different, rather it is the other way around.

In Ethiopia, since the introduction of Fitha Negest/Kibre Negest as the governing constitution in the twelfth century until the 1974 revolution, religion (orthodox Christianity) was controlling the state and every political life of the nation so Habesha/Ethiopia is the one mixing religion with politics and it is Habesha/Ethiopia that still has homework to secularize itself furthermore.

We are seeing a hidden movement by Mahbere Qidusan to reinstate the Fitha Negest and the witchcraft to make state law again eko.hmmm!
