I think this is a no brainer. First, please stop mentioning the name Constitution; i.e. TPLFs con constitution. The constitution you are referring is not the Constitution of Ethiopia. It is made in ዴዴቢት land of the separatist Tigre thugs. Thus, band and remover the TPLF constitution. It is a must first for the country to have a legal constitution. Everything starts from the legality of the constitution. Second, using this cheat sheet and over up to suppress the justified demand of Amhara people is not going to work. There has never been a border conflict in Ethiopia until TPLF drew by carving out what is best for itself. Thus, undo TPLF's ethnic boundary and restore the legacy boundary and work on drafting national constitution that respect the right of individual citizens. There is no chemistry of blending something with another things results stability in national governance - please don't make people as lab rat. The TPLF used ethnic federation by turning people into lab rat, now we see what it is doing in Tigray. Tigray now is like the China Wuhan Laboratory where COVID-19 leaked out and took millions of lives. This so called ማንነት እና ወሰን ወዘተ committee is a crafty strategy to nurse and inherit the lethal TPLF tribal federation. It totally smells OLF in nature.
