S. Res. 97, A resolution calling on the Government of Ethiopia, the Tigray People's Liberation Front, and other belligerents to cease all hostilities, protect human rights, allow unfettered humanitarian access, and cooperate with independent investigations of credible atrocity allegations pertaining to the conflict in the Tigray Region of Ethiopia.

The Resolution reads: "...independent investigations of credible atrocity allegations"
If an investigation is done in order to find out whether the allegations made are credible or not, the statement above that already concluded the allegations to be "credible," proves that whatever "investigation" they want to do is to achieve a predetermined outcome, despite any evidence they may find to the contrary.

It says "all to cease hostilities". TPLFites asked for military intervention by UN and US. Is it because they have been beaten down? You think they're happy?

Don't forget Maikadra is in Tigray kilil. The report by Ethiopian Human Rights Commission has negated the HRW report of "800+ people massacred at the Axum Tsion church. Plus, it's a preliminary report meaning more needs to be done to verify the report of interviews. That takes a lot of time.

We are going to be watching more rolling of the TPLF cadres on the streets.
This is a diplomatic statement of endorsing what PM Abiy is currently doing. The Rice group is going to be billing more for the next and next and next stage of this tussle.
