As I said, the shabia mercenary forces have to get paid and here is an act of payment through farmer shakedown. This robbing of the farmer out of incentive will create shortage and accommodate famine. Mark my word, the birr too will be fixed to accommodate Nakfa, a monetary union on the mercenaries' terms. If this is not occupation, i dont know what is. We have andargachew's roadmap to thank for our voluntary slavery.
