Ethiopia will be divided into 55 counties - no ethnic based territories

Ethiopia's 55 counties are economically intertwined entities . These are administrative units that relate only to Ethiopia not to any ethnic groups. The names Tigray, Shoa, Gonder, Oromia, Amhara, Guraghe etc will be replaced with neutral names.
leaders of the 55 counties will be selected by their merrit and not by their ethnic group.
English shall be the working language. Geez shall be the national language of Ethiopia.
Each county will have an area of 20000 square kilometres, which makes about 1100000 total surface area of Ethiopia.
Among the counties of Ethiopia are Lasta County, Raya County, Tana County, Wolqait County etc
