Alewuha River is the boundary between Tigray and Shewa/Wello. Woldia should be part of Tigray and will be. Towns like Hayk etc are Tigrayan. There are many town or villages around Lake Sana (Tana) that were under Tigray administration before Menelik came to power. They were loosely associated with Amhara, Oromo or maybe these towns were in Agew Medir.
