- Tigray people to vote for Tigray to be independent or to remain part of Ethiopia within two years. Majority of Tigrayans will choose Tigray to be an independent sovereign state
- Tigray and Eritrea to be confederated within three years
- Tigray and Eritrea to be united within five years under a new name ( Hagere Tsega)
- Hagera Tsega, as a sovereign state to be confederated with Ethiopia within 10 years
- Hagere Tsega shall remain a sovereign state with an Israel like army and intelligence forever

- Bigger population and economy that counters Amhara " Fedual Ethiopia dreamers".
- Bigger defence force that deters war risks
- Stabilizes the Horn of Africa
- Fulfilment of the biblical prophecy ( Isaiah 18) on the resurrection of the Axumite kingdom
