I think you all know Afaan Oromo speaking and being Oromo are not the same. Likewise, speaking Tigegna and being Tigraway are different. It is only Afaan Oromo speaking settlers in Oromia registered for the unlikely election in Oromia. Consequently, it is fair to infer that Ethiopia's Election Board lead by Habesha settlers sided Habesha regime and excluded Oromo and Tigraway nations from Election.
