A No Fly zone can be imposed on Eritrea and North Ethiopia by USA and EU, which allows to get needed relief goods to the population in Tigray and to start repairing the damaged factories, hospitals, clinics, schools, universities . Farmers in Tigray could start working on their land so that they do no become victims of famine for next year, Amhara Special forces and Eritrean troops will be forced to leave the area or taken to special camps where they will get basic civic education and could be used to mend roads or farm the land under supervision.

We hope President Biden would make an announcement soon and a practical measure such as a no fly zone over North Ethiopia and Eritrea would be part of the announcement.
