It is utterly false! But CNN, New York Times and others made business out of it.
The TPLF diaspora wing is investing heavily as we all know.
The irony is the money that they are splashing here and there is looted from Ethiopians, the same people that they wish the West to harm them.
Fortunately, the return of their investment has been marginal so far! Ethiopia has accepted international media to enter Tigray, and a handful so called humanitarian organizations are also allowed to operate. They might manage to smuggle some of the remaining TPLF criminals. But that is it!
No one of these foreign elements seem to be keen to work towards resuscitating the dead TPLF - just save the lives of individuals take them out of the country and get paid for that from the money the TPLF thieves stashed in foreign banks.
