Human rights law declares 18 as the minimum legal age for recruitment and use of children in hostilities. Recruiting and using underage children as soldiers is prohibited under international humanitarian law – treaty and custom – and is defined as a war crime by the International Criminal Court.

The Tigray girl conscripted by the TPLF terrorist junta to fight and die for them, unfortunately lost her arm in battle and she's now being presented by the junta and their enablers as a "victim of rape," despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary. The truth always comes out in the end, no matter how hard anyone tries to hide it or stop it.

It is these underage Tigray children that the TPLF terrorist junta had sent to fight against the Ethiopian Defense Forces. When these children suffer injury during combat, they are later presented to the international media as "innocent victims of rape" by the coward, selfish and evil junta cadres in the Diaspora who send these little kids to fight their wars.

When she joined the TPLF junta's militia against her will, her name was Mentegbesh. But after she suffered a combat injury the junta changed her name to Mona Lisa and presented her as a "victim."
