Today's reports of Ethiopian Air Force bombings in/around the town of Samre are accompanied with multiple photos of the apparent remnants of two RBK cluster bombs (likely 250-275) — note intact fins and rods.

You can only ban 'yourself' by signing the treaty. Unfortunately for you, both Eritrea and Ethiopia didn't sign the treaty. Therefore they are allowed to use cluster bombs. The irony is Ethiopia refused to sign it when it was ruled under the TPLF. When TPLF refused to sign the treaty, Eritrea couldn't sign it as well. Sweet justice that the malelits are being whipped by the bombs they refused to ban it. By the way it is very effective against rodents like TPLF. Karma is biach
