They are playing their cards perfectly. As you may have noticed they are conveying the then PM hailemariam's message in video clip subtitled in Arabic to the sudanese people at large.

No wonder, the sudanese have never been as united as they are now concerning the border conflict with neighbor ethiopia.

Haile Mariam was reading what the TPLF handlers gave him to read. Remember he was a prime minister who was cultivated to be by Meles, believing the South cannot be united under a southern born prime minister because it is composed of many ethnic groups.
