Yet, there is a terrible drought that is currently affecting millions of Oromos in Hararghe, lowland Bale, Borana, lowland Arsi [rift valley areas] while, the Oromo community in Wollo/Kamise is on the verge of a horrible famine due to a mixture of crop loses due to massive locust invasion & a drought.

Talk about trying to be generous while your own are starving to death! ..
