Apparently he's a lecturer in constitutionalism; and the constitution and law mean nothing to him. He is in ምን አቅም ኣላቸው? world. Abiy has a PhD in peaceful resolution of conflict and the look at how he is resolving his first conflict. There is something fundamentally wrong with Ethiopian political class.
