Unipolar world versus Multipolar world
The Alcoholic junk had a golden opportunity to mend his differences or reset his relationship with the west ,when the White House was occupied by President Donald Trump who was all about America first and non interventionist. Instead; to protect his own personal interest, Wedi Medhin berad didn't even make an effort to engage or find ways to return Eritrea among respected countries in the world. and who can blame him, Only under pariah, closed, poor, isolated and marginalized status can the alcoholic junk rule the country with iron fist with no responsibility nor accountability to any one.
In his interview, the junk also talked about his desire to see a multipolar world instead of a unipolar world spearheaded by the United States, forgetting the United States is a stabilizing force in the world. it is thanks to the Dominance of the US navy, commercial ships which transport gods can sail through out the world with out fear of been highjacked by pirates. with the absence of a dominant navy in blue oceans, who is going to function as insurance company to commercial ships to cover their extra cost? Furthermore, when America retreated from the Middle East and Africa and pivoted to Asia pacific to confront China during Donald Trump presidency, who came to the surface to fill the void? it was Muslim brotherhood under Erdogan and the Mullah of Iran and of course Russia, Again, is it in Eritreas national interest to have a muslim brotherhood influence in our shore? I don't think so. Wedi Medhin berad stupidity and thug behavior doesn't stop there. He is also having high hopes and expectation that PM Abiye ahmed is going to gang up with the dictator and wage a moral crusade against the moral bankruptcy of the west and sing the gospel of self reliance, martyrdom, sacrifice ክተት. Just as Eritreans are told by the regime that to be poor and backward is a blessing, Ethiopians under Dr Abiye are going to be taught to be poor and to make sacrifice for endless purpose is a divine mission. rightly so, At the moment, Sudanese are demonstrating against their government because their day to day life is becoming unbearable due to high prices. they can't just stand idle seeing the price of a bread loaf isn't affordable to people with average salary. In contrast,, Eritreans were just told by the regime ስረኻ ብክሳድካ ኣውጽኣዮ, ቢሒም ኢንተ ኢልካ ክኣ፣ ዓዲ ኣቤቶ እዩ ምዕሻግካ። Some perspective here. The exchange rate of 1000 Swedish kronor is 1700 nacfa, and the exchange rate of the same 1000 Swedish kronor is 5500 Ethiopian birr. and lets see the price of basic groceries in respective country.

Now, Does the alcoholic junk really think that other people are going to tolerate the intolerable conditions Eritreans experienced during the 2 last decades and whine and moan that America is against them. Furthermore, Does the alcoholic junk really expects Dr Abiye to annul his strategic relationship with the west and America in particular and gang up with an individual who isn't even capable to rule a village let alone a country?
