PP leader told the Ethiopian people the truth... they are not going to enter into a binding contract with the ethiopian people but simply give them promise which may or may not be implemented. This is a joke for those who knows the difference between a binding contrcat and loose promise. If someone fails to fulfill his/her contract obligation he or she will be held accountable and liable, but if he or she fails to fulfill the promise nothing will help.
