This is just one of those "lessons" started by Amhara p2 giving the "oppressor" Amhara kids "assignment" for the pains of what other "oppressed" kids go through wearing "ቦቲ ጫማ" all their miserable lives!
The "ቢጫ ቀለም" was chosen in solidarity of the Hunger strike to their "friend" Ato Bekele Gerba who some considered as their leader in the beginning.

Amhara leaders are trying to bring their people to Oromo stage. That stage is what they call YeAmara Kefita. They are trying to make them wear boots.
The reason why they chose yellow color is clear-- they are joining Oromo Yellow Movement to please Oromos.

Yabello & Musud, You clueless bunches haven't learned Wax and Gold for 30 years so your understanding of Amharic and zAmhara is literal. Korbel hasn't turned you the sharpest knife in the drawer.The yellow you adorn yourself in support of Ayatola turned to be stepped on mud and you thought Amharas are joining your hodgepodge struggle. You are on different level all together.
