BTW, the Aljazeera journalist should have asked the foreign minister as to why some Somalian regions are refusing to participate in the ballot box ? BTW, the parliament choosing the president is not democracy at all. It is a bullshyyyt the weyanes have been playing. Ethiopia is falling for it all over again.
Some federal states are against to participate in the upcoming election with the status quo, because they're refusing to be fooled by the conspicuous way in which Farmajo (the Commander-In-Incompetence) is trying to manage the election process, which is a fraudulent way that only favours his re-election.
In reality, this not an election but a selection, and Somalia was supposed to progress to holding "one man one vote" this February, and make such a selection obsolete once and for all. But the protracted insecurity in the country makes holding a "one man one vote" impossible.
Farmajo was expected during his tenure to pacify the country in one way or another, complete the new constitution, create a constitutional court and make it functional, and make the country ready for a "one man one vote" election this February - and he pledged this himself during his last election, but the fucker hasn't done anything whatsoever other than hiding in the presidential palace, when he was not celebrating the kind of celebrations which authoritarian dictators are known to appear at and make speeches that no one bothers to listen to, such as Independence Day, Women's Day, Youth Day, Army Day, Flag Day, Police Day, Navy Day, Labour's Day, etc., and trust me we've got a few of such days in Somalia - inherited from Communism.
BTW, I haven't bothered to listen to the Somali Foreign Minister, as I can easily guess what he's saying.
Just my two cents!
