UNHCR AS COMPLICIT
Establishing a refugee camp within 50km of the international border is a "violation of accepted global principles". However, the UNHCR gave its blessing anyway and become complicit with the TPLF's coordinated criminal effort in luring the Eritrean youth and using these 'camps' as a pull factor.
Besides serving as a conduit for human trafficking, these 'illegal' refugee camps gave the UNHCR a political tool to use cases of these migrants and refugees to vilify Eritrea.
