ጥንቼል ሱዳን የተኛ አንበሳን ለመቀስቀስ የማትፈነቅለው ቋጥኝ የለም። Does Sudan believe she would be allowed to provoke indefinitely? No, she knew she has no capability to match Ethiopian force. Why does not Sudan start a fully blown war? The answer is Sudan has no her own reason to go into war, but is used by Egypt so that Sudan wants Ethiopia to declare war against her provocations. Should Ethiopia respond to this transient or temporal clash? The answer is primarily NO, but hiddenly Yes. No, because Ethiopian should not openly invite anarchists, Islamists, disgruntled defunct elements, etc. to seize upon this temporal moment. These adversaries will not be around forever. Sudan, a hopeless country with too much going in her own should not be a reason to take down Ethiopia one of the largest economy of Africa. Yes, implicit war. Ethiopia should train and arm Amhara force with modern armaments' and back them up with the National Defense force primarily on intelligence so that Sudan's Islamist would be checked. This will lighten the task of uprooting Sudan in the final moment when things cool off, and all the disgruntled entities time expires.
