50-year-old Tigrayan or Oromo nationalism model endowed by nationalist psyche founded by victimhood and politics of resentment has "matured". They blame others not historical social, economic, and political forces.
The ethnic federation constructed by TPLF/OLF to depict Amhara as the “outlaws”, “oppressors”, and “enemies” of other “nations and nationalities” to successfully marginalize and exclude them from the economic windfalls of political power has taken its toll.
Alula smearing "Amhara" nationalism and identity today, in the aftermath of TPLF demise, partially accomplished by Amhara gallant militia is very painful to swallow for many.
The chicken has come home to roost!
