There is also another video of Siyoum Mesfin Gebre-Dingel with : " After 60 a man is supposed to take wise decisions ......." ( Can you locate it ? Please.)
I think both Siyoum and Abay are misunderstood ......they are not calling for peace rather telling Eritreans to forget serious issues and follow the rules set up by them ( Woyane ). You do not say " it is too late or tenazizu " for unrepentant person.
