African Union should suspend Egypt for it has an Arab agenda!

We call members of The African Union to suspend Egypt as it is sabotaging the work of the African Union. Egypt has a hidden agenda of The Arab League. It demands from Ethiopia not to fill the dam are childish and does not correspond to any norms. The Nile springs for 86% from Ethiopia and Ethiopia has the right to harness the river to it's own benefit.
Do we ask the oil rich countries in the world to share us the oil for free? Do we ask other countries to give their natural resources? No. Each country is provided with natural resource. In case of Ethiopia, it the Abay River or some more rivers. The Abay River is the largest and a dam could give Ethiopia and Africa hydro-power that can be used to get electricity for industries and private homes.
African Union take actions against Egypt which is acting as above the Union or acts as a terrorist group trying to disadvantage African countries.
