The problem of Africa’s underdevelopment lies on the group like woyanus those who bid for external force such as neocons. This group are mostly highly low IQ, greedy, thieves, no purpose but steal and accumulate wealth, no visions. Sad but Africa has full of them and Europe loves them dearly, nurture them, protect them and try to incubate them in millions.
