I just wonder where this scarf wearing culture of TPLF came from. Every woyane thug covers his ugly neck with a piece of cloth even when they are in stylish suits and ties.

The Ethiopian monarchy wore in the old times a Kaba over their Gabbi, which I suspect is driven by the highland weather. Some people still follow this tradition, which appears uncomfortable to me. Woyane’s scarf is seen everywhere: in fully-packed meeting rooms, mid-day outdoor procession in May and in wedding party. Do they use the scarf to wipe their sweat?
