Eritreans in Ethiopia will continue to sabotage Ethiopia. They are spying Ethiopia and are ready to carry out military activities for a small favour or money. They are used by the government in Asmara but also by Sudan, Egypt, UAE and Saudi Arabia. The interests of Eritrea and Ethiopia are different as they are 2 different countries that have been at war with each other. Besides historically, Ethiopia was never colonized and Eritrea was a colony of Italy. Eritrea reflects the values of Italy but in a bizarre way, as a slave tries to copy his master.

Whether Ethiopia remains united or not, the role of Eritreans is always anti-Ethiopia. I say this from experience but also from the experience of many other Ethiopians. We need to have our own churches and community activities where Ethiopian-ism is the common denominator for all our activities. This is difficult as Ethiopia has some different Ethnic groups with different culture. But this is the way we are supposed to traverse until we have developed one common language and culture. Adding Eritrea to our communities makes it more difficult as Eritrea has their own agenda.

We say "isolate and alienate" Eritreans from our communities because their agenda is to weaken Ethiopians by pitting our ethnic groups against one another.
