Dr. Abbiy, is he taking Ethio the Singapore route ?

Post by Aurorae Borealis » 06 Jan 2021, 14:52

Lately he has been dressed like Lee talked like Lee. Isayas has been doing that for the last thirty years too. Except, Eritrea has not caught up with the economic frenzy like Singapore did. Both Isayas and Abbiy know how to conduct wars. Isayas excels on it. The problem is, can they succeed the toughest economic war during peace time. Lee was a gentle man who wept in public. Certainly, don't expect Isayas to do that. BTW, Lee's grandson, who is a well thought of Economist at Harvard says, his grandfather work was appropriate for that time. Not now. He wants Singapore democratized to the fullest. He would be arrested if he goes to Singapore now. I believe Lee's philosophy is connecting Isayas and Abbiy. They believe in the same philosophy. Ethiopians expect tough times. The likes of Eskinder, Beqele and Jawar most likely will rote in prison. Khdetu will behave, therefore, he will be monitored very closely. He is not courageous, He is an opportunist. He will play the same game he played with the TPLF. The constitution/Ethnic divide will be used as a facade. Expect bitter dictatorship. It is coming your way. I could be wrong.
If Abbiy, in the future asks parliament members to dress like the common people, you know where it is coming.
