Tigray has invested in to the dam construction in many ways more than any other ethnic, as the same time Amhara ethnic was opposing it and boycotted to send many to their relatives thought that the hard currency dollar would be used for the financing of Abay Dam construction. Tigray investors bought more bond and Tigray spent more time to guard and defend the construction inside and outside of the country but it is okay for the time but Tigray need its share of money spent for the erection the dam.

Let Sudan troops move in and control miles beyond the dam per the treaty Menelik signed in 1902 and let the Egyptian come engineers come in and blow it and the end of all the talks forever.
