Guys, just found it worth sharing. It's not necessarily my wish. I wish we have our own courts. It's the principle. Impunity by anyone is bad

This old man believes TPLF would raise from its grave. He wish Abiy Ahmed would sit with TPLF in round table t discuss the future of Tigray. My goodness, who in his right mind believes dead people would come on TV window. The only thing that has not finished yet, I guess is the money he received from TPLF before they were gone.

Ethiopia without TPLF is a much better and safer place. Of course Abiy Ahmed has to rally Ethiopians around him to change the constitution and the TPLF ethnic federation. This is very obvious. But he does not have to pray for TPLF to raise from its grave and sit in round table.

This old man knew TPLF is complately destroyed and will not come back. His intention is to make some propaganda for TPLF cadres and get some money for his Christmas and new year gifts as he did before. :P :P

The Cohen thing “ wesha bebelabet yechowal” Sums it up. To imagine now TPLF will be in the negotiation table requires a person of no neurons in his brain . Cohen is not that person. Why he “prays” for miracle ? I pretty much have a good idea, so do the great majority of ER forum members.

Note you guys focus on Media and Guest when you should on the idea of the Guest on the Media. This is weak on your end. Idea matters, not who said it where

This old snail man should have been in senior residence taken care of counting his last days on earth. He was pro-Derg as a mediator , then against it . He was pro weyane then against weyanes going to ESAT blabbering about the undemocratic nature of Weyanes -- according to him they turned out to be the worst , There After he was pro Abiy against Tigrians even supporting Abiys candidacy for Nobl peace prize, then he was against Amharas then turned around to apologize , then again he is Against Abiy now proWeyanne goes on and on ....So OMN got him for interview in the last legs of his life and they thought that he brought them to relevance . Derege Derg time foot solder with his beard face and reading glass is dying to be an intellectual of a high caliber. There is no a single idea that was discussed but a piece of propaganda . The pretentiousness of it all is an entertainment . Its about time for this old man to meet his creator.

Eden,

You are desperate. Mr. Cohen is just making predictions. His guess is no better than yours. These things take time. We are talking about years here. The Maicadra genocide is an awful one. Preliminary test. Were most of the victims Tigrayans or Amharas ? Did any of the victims had their id cards with them at the time of their killings ? Would ICC have the assistance from both warring factions to interview a sample of their warriors who were present in Maycadra at that time? Would ICC provide immunity to any one who brings himself to testify against some of the people who participated in the killings? Did any higher up leadership members covertly or overtly premediated it. By the time, the ICC finalizes its decision, Ethiopia will have come to terms, and a teen-ager today perhaps may have taken premiership in Ethiopia then. Perhaps, -5 or +5 of the next fifteen years.

Auro

I don't necessarily disagree with all of your points but look at how long it took Milosovic, Charles Taylor and others. BTW, I'm critic of ICC. I wish national courts deal with our own.

He is pretty confident there is a case but he is not sure if it is on Isayas alone (that's my interpretation)

I wish he got the chance to clarify but the host moved right on

Isayas has never been mentioned in this case. Isayas can be brutal but never on civilians. Abbiy would never allow that.On the other hand, TPLF is a suspect on the Hawzen incident during it's guerilla fighting years. Blaming almost every thing on Isayas has shredded TPLF's credibility universally. When a violent estranged wife blames her beating on the friend of the husband, she becomes an open book if she can not provide preponderance of evidence to her case.
Eden, even if you had opened this thread anonymously, I would have known that it was you. Here is one often recurring piece.

What did he say to make you interpret that he is confident on the existence of a case ?
