የኢትዮጵያ ህገ መንግስት መወገድ ወይስ መሻሻል ነው የለበት?

The latest personality that publicly refused to recognize the current constitution of the country is none other than someone who has been right at the top of its creation and implementation from day one, Ato Tamirat Layne. He openly said that the constitution and its relevant legal bindings are null and void, which shocked me considering about him as someone who has been a PM of the same country that used this constitution during his reign.
Mind you, he didn't say that the constitution should be revised and amended but said simply the constitution is invalid.
Should the Ethiopian Constitution be amended, based on the needs and the acceptable procedures, or should be declared null and void and we need a constitutional assembly to create a new constitution once again and one more time.
Can someone help me out here?
