Technical committees approve of a project under one political/legal regiment. When that changes, the technical committee is not bound by that agreement. Gurage Amhara Serb lead Melosovic abiy wasnt part of the deal hitherto signed on projects. Tripartite committee signature is thus null and void. No political environment, no project...as environment affects discrete engineering functions, followup and transparency to say the least! Gurage Amhara Serbs and their leader abiy are a menace to ethiopian people and the region at large under which no normal mind exists for feasible execution of projects.
