There is always a government at the back of the so called NGOs

The so called NGOs have Major work to spay in any developing and poor countries. Most people deceive themselves what do they spy in our poor country. but we have many more things than they have. They want to dictate and influence in every decisions ours.
I advise to ban them in operating Ethiopia. The never operate according to our laws. The spent nearly 90% of their budget on recreational activities.
I have never seen a country developed by NGO and aid.
