- managing to ignore the lawless TPLF’s plan to internationalise the war against them despite several rocket attacks on Eritrea
- helping, feeding, clothing, and arming the retreated Ethiopian army
- coordinating and organising the secret visit inside Eritrea of the Ethiopian prime minister Dr Abiy Ahmed, the winner of last year’s Nobel Peace Prize
EP’s Group of the Year 2020 - The Amhara Special Forces ልዩ ሃይል for:
- arriving to rescue the Ethiopian National Defense Forces when attacked unexpectedly and decimating the Dedebit army in days.
