In the same country, Australian-Tigrean Orthosox Church also vehemently condemned the so-called Ethiopian Orthosox Church for its support of the war in Tigray.

ደግነት የሚሉት መናፍቅ ወያኔ ነው ከተደበቀበት ሆኑ የለቀቀው
ትኩረት ፈላጊ ነገር ነህ!! ወያኔ ሰላሳ አመት ወንዶችን በየእስር ቤቱ ብልታቸው ላይ ውሃ አንጠልጥሎ ሲያሰቃይና ሲገድል፥፥ የሰሜንን ክፍለ ጦር ሲገድል ምነው እውነተኛ ከሆንክ ለምን አልተናገርልም ::
እውነቱ ይህ ነው የአዞ እንባ እውነተኛ ያስብለኛል ብለህ አታልቅስ;
