He is banking on the Sudanese to fight for his expansionist and hegemonic aspirations. His cousins have been able to buy some poor Sudanese soldiers to cross the border to Gondar and burn some crop f ield. Those soldiers failed to make it back alive to their base to tell their heroic adventures.
