If there is a pregnant woman like the post claims, then there is no need to delete the post because ascertaining the claim of criminal case would be easy.
The baby (fetus) is there and one can test if he has got related to (if nothing DNA test).
The woman (possible victim) can testify if the intercourse was conisensual .
If the two are proved to be false, then he can file his criminal case without demanding the deletion of the post.
Otherwise he should seek a refugee status in a certain Emabassy for the rest of his life, like the Weakilik founder guy, if equality before law is to be upheld.
