A "dedicated" team would support Biden's transition team to ensure they receive the necessary information and logistical support, the email said.
On Tuesday, Biden introduced his foreign policy and national security team and vowed to steer the United States away from the unilateralist nationalism pursued by Trump and work together with U.S.

Even If God arrives in the White house , the fate of Tigray is a sealed saga. As far as the rest of the world is concerned, Tigray is an irrelevant region in Ethiopia and its former leaders are fugitives who don't even spend two nights in the same place....Sure, you are going to hear words such as "We call, We are concerned, We encourage" from the White house from time to time , but they are not going to go any further than such words. To put it simply, Tigray has no leverage what so ever to change its own course or fate. Even If you declare your independence unilaterally, then what? you are a landlocked region surrounded by hostile neighbors with One and half million People dependent on donated foreign food aid.. You are not exactly the state of losetho or Gambia which are surrounded by South Africa and Senegal respectivly.

If the world was static, you may be right but the world is dynamic.
Example, it would have been political suicide for Eritrean activist to appear on Ethiopian media but not any more.
Look at these two clips and tell me if I'm wrong. You have to admit things have changed. The two Tegarus are now seeing eye to eye.

In regard to your dynamic world and those eritreans who appear on Tigrian tv, do they have influence in the eritrean diaspora or back home ? ሰማዒ ኣለዎም ድዩ? For the sake discussion, Lets assume they have influence and the supporter of the entire eritrean People , what are they going to do, to change the fate of Tigray? Nothing!!!
