Wow, where shall I start? I'll address the main point that stuck out to me, as being a lie, wushet new.

The idea that federalism was made to harm Amara's, somehow. No, it was conceived, to give the various groups, the right to self rule, under an United Ethiopia. Tigrayan elites abused it and used it to benefit their own personal bank accounts, and some tigrayans.
However, federalism, in its true form, ...Oromo's support it, for the most part, as do the Somalis, and other major groups, so should their desires be ignored for the sake of some Amara's? What is your plan for those who do not want another form of governance? Use brute force like emiye menelik or mengistu or haile selassie to suppress them, and thus create another perpetual cycle of rebellions, wars, famines, instability, so Ethiopia can remain as being as known as a horrible country?

I think that you have already made it clear that you don't want to abide yourself by the provisionings of the law of the land and in that case it is also difficult to judge if your complaints have got merits or not, if they have one, then it will be difficult to say on what basis, in the absence of observation of the law.

You are making a grand allegation that you have been treated differently than others in our supposedly common home (discriminated against), which would be unlawful, at least for those who are abiding themselves by the law of the land.

In that case there would have been a tool at your disposal to defend yourself (your rights) against the alleged discrimination.

Article 39 of the Ethiopian Constitution stipulates, among others, the following rights.

Paragraph 3:

Every Nation, Nationality and People in Ethiopia has the right to a full measure of self-government which includes
the right to establish institutions of government in the territory that it inhabits and to equitable representation in

You are making an argument in defence of Weyanes illegal and forcful occupation of Welkite and Humara before the so called constitution was “ratified “ . Even as recently as two months a go Weyans occupied those lands and the people who was involved in the struggle for the right of Welkite people didn’t forcefully went there to take it. They were waiting the federal government to address the issue.. but weyanes took the first stape to fight both against their Amhara Nighboors and the federal government and committing an Ethnic cleansing in Mekadra which is the part of Welkite. So Amharas responded to the aggression and freed those areas and helped the federal government to free EDF forces that were encircled nd disarmed. So your arguemnet on both count is wrong , the land was taken before the constituation – the provision you are talking about , two Amharas didn’t initiate the war , Weyanes did ,and committed atrocities against Amharas. What you are arguning is that they have to give control of the land that was taken by weyanes illegally and handed them over again ? on what ground you don’t have an answer to that , as I said the land was taken before your beloved Provision was ratified. I am not (necessarily) making argument in defense of anybody but in defense of "rule of law" simply because in the absence of the latter there will only be a chaotic situation where anybody against anybody will reign and through that all of us will lose.

As I said before I personally also care less which side the disputed territory will go at the end, both sides are Ethiopians and the switch of sides of the territory will not prompt the violation of the territorial integrity of the nation.

If you abide yourself by the rule of law, then you have a tool at your disposal to reclaim the territory based on the provisionings of the law itself.

Article 48

State Border Changes.

1. All State border disputes shall be settled by agreement of the concerned States. Where the concerned States fail to reach agreement, the l,Iouse of the Federation shall decide such disputes on the basis of settlement patterns and the wishes of the peoples concerned.

But one thing you have to be sure here already: You can't be on the side of lawlessness and rule of law at the same time. If you want to reign outside of the law, then there is NO basis for you to make complaints about everything for lack of protection on the part of the law, after you yourself violated the rule of law on your own.

And you will going to fight not only with those claimants of the territory in question itself but also with those who are demanding the rule of law, because you are violating the rule of law of the land.

I quoted the provisionings of the constitution to show you how you can create your own autonomous territories in the other Kilils if your camp actually qualify the criteria stipulated in the law for such entitlement after you complained the Amahra people lacked such rights in other kilils outside of the Amhara Region proper. In this case you can't infringe on the rights of those in the concerned Kilil, like for example pushing them to the rural parts of the country and claiming in the towns you are the sole majority or something similar to that, because such conditions only point to some kind of historical injustices committed against those people in those regions.
