I am laughing at Halafimenged's pronunciation of Humera? Since this is a strange area he can't correctly call its name. This shows how thieves can identified easily. In many instances, the TPLFs changed the Amharic name ቅብታያ/ቀብታያ by Kafata. Whereas there are plenty of places in Amhara provinces that go by name ቅብታያ. For instance, I know one in Bete-Amhara or Wollo.
