‹‹አሃዳዊ እና መልክኣ ምድር ፌዴራሊዝም የአስተዳደር ዘይቤዎች በኛ ሀገር ተጨባጭ ሁኔታ የሚያስኬዱ አይደሉም፡፡ ምክንያቱም ሁለቱም ሀይሎች በታሪክ ለነበሩት የብሄር ጭቆናዎች ዕዉቅና አይሰጡም፡፡ ብዝሃትን ለማስተናገድም ዝግጁነት የላቸዉም፡፡ ስለሆነም እነዚህን የአስተዳደር ዘይቤዎች ወስዶ ለመተግበር መሞከር ሀገራችንን ወደ አላስፈላጊ የግጭት አዙሪት ዉስጥ መክተት መሆኑ ሊታወቅ ይገባል፡፡››
