Why traveling and talking about the Dam when you have the golden opportunity to go and control Beneshangule Kilil under your protection and all ethnics of the old Ethiopia will salute you???
The same is true for Egypt no need to waste your time and resources talking and sending deligates and lobbying other countries while things are open for you to sit at the heart of the Dam and do it now. Both Sudan and Egypt need to do is support Tigray to dismantle Amhara from your way and you can have it centuries to come. There is no power Sudan to go to Beneshangule and safeguard the native people from the primitive savage Amhara now and the native people greet you upon arrival.
