Meshrefet is fabricating a story that never happened. The Welayita woman, Gebeyanesh Debalqe(they gave her fake new ID, fake Amharu name and fake profession), is purely fictional personality. There are two Colonels in Tigray named Solomon Yohanis and Solomon Godifay, the later is retired and the former is working with Tigray special forces and recovering from a wound he sustainedi the battle of Baeker.

Shameless Meshrefet was raised reading too many absurd Amharu fictions like Lema Begebeya, that is why he creates such absurd fictional stories and fake news jst about everything that haunts him. This welayita housemaid carrying fake Amharu name is paid two thousand birr to participate in this fake story. No wonder Meshrefet gave her the name "Gebeyanesh"..... and the Debalqe part is supposed to be like the terms he used recently: satenaw, gisilaw, gomoraw, demelash (meaning, fotalebash), etc. And last but not least: Emislash bantu, qulatebi qomiche, etc, may complete the Meshrefet list.
