Meshrefet tries to cover up the loss of his divisions by using their names by repopulating them by Liyu police brought in from Somali, Amhara, Afar , oromia, other Kilils. 21st Division is example, he just filed it by Liyu but this is simply childish and laughable desperation.
EBC also removed what it posted regards what it called "the hiding places of weyane leades" after it was warned by international watchdogs that it will be held responsible if anything happens to those places. Every international watchdog is now watching Mekele with satellite and will hold meshreet responsible for bombing Mekele using Emirati drones and planes flown from Aseb.

I do not know where you got the November 16. It was broadcast on 17/03/2013 in Tigray/geez calendar, which is today, just a while ago.
