According to Wikileaks, when Jendayi Frazer ordered Meles Zenawi to invade Somalia in 2006, he couldn't contain his excitement and the first words to come out his agame mouth was "the order is a god-sent!" 
Do you know why the TPLF mercenary forces were never part of the AMISOM peace-keeping force in Somalia from 2006 to 2014?
The UN pays $828 dollars to each AMISOM soldier deployed to Somalia by issuing a monthly paycheck directly payable to the soldier. Ugandan, Burundian and Kenyan soldiers received $828 dollars a month. But for the TPLF, by refusing to be part of the AMISON, it received one large check from the UN totaling $16 million dollars a month, and they paid the poor Amhara and Oromo soldiers stationed in Somalia only 800 Birr a month, or $26 dollars, and they pocketed the rest of the money, which means they stole $802 dollars from each Ethiopian soldier, for a total of $15.5 million dollars a month stolen by the agame.
