Woyane never fought a battle alone. It was helped by EPLF and EPDM to win the battle with Derg. And woyane never build anything, they just steal. And in woyane land stealing is considered a virtue. Stealing and plundering is considered building. These people are a bunch of psychopaths who need immediate psychiatrist help, although I highly doubt they can be cured.
And some of the infrastructure built during woyane time is built by loans from world bank and paid by Ethiopian people. Derg was a socialist regime who cannot borrow internationally and was a subject of western economic embargo. Despite brutal and oppressive regime as Derg was, it would have built a much more vibrant infrastructure had it been given the opportunity woyane was given by its western care takers. Woyane did nothing except stealing. End of story
