I think the most important question is not about TPLF's capacity to utilize the stolen Rockets. It is about why the Ethiopian Defense system is having Rocket without having an interceptor. One can't buy a pen without a writing pad, what is the point of having rocket but not the capacity to intercept and fizzle the launched from the enemy side. Probably since the Ethiopian defense system was led by TPLF they either sabotaged it or were as stupid as they are now opening a fight by overlooking the consequence. Why the hell should God's cornfield be hit by astray rocket. The defense force should ready itself for attacks outside of Ethiopia such as Egypt or Sudan. Ethiopia should buy anti-missile batteries or Iron dom. Forget TPLF, they already lost the battle they are just uselessly farting over a cornfield - they will run out of it.
